Hi there Ladies,

How is your summer going? It's been a hot one here so far in Nova Scotia. The lakes are finally warmed up and Triathlon Season is in full swing.

We are so excited to announce that we have been invited to the Keji Multisport Festival on September 7th. We will be setting up a pop up shop, so you can meet the team, see our products and try them on before buying!!!

We will have new colours available for you to see, most of our clothing is inspired from the colours of nature.

Prizes for top females in the Women's events, and giveaways.

Keji Multisport Festival is being held at Nova Scotia's beloved Kejimkujik National Park. You will be surrounded by forests, lakes and flowing rivers. Being in nature is where Kick Ass Women Tri. It is our home, our freedom, our place where we train.

The morning of Saturday, September 7th will be dedicated to Nova Scotia's only Women's Triathlon. This event will see women from the age of 12 and over of all abilities experience triathlon in the most beautiful surroundings.

It will be a fun filled day as in the afternoon, you will also get the chance to try out SUP, Yoga, drumming and dancing.

Saturday evening will be filled with storytelling: A Dark Sky Cultural Experience with Ursula Johnson.

There are plenty of places to stay at Kejimkujik Park or nearby including:

Mersey River Chalets

This is going to be such a great event, and we are really looking forward to seeing you all race, have fun and high five you all on your accomplishments.

This is what KAW Tri is about. We want to build a community of Women, that build each other up. Help each other, become friends through a sport that we love and enjoy so much. Triathlon may not be a true 'team sport', but the struggle that we all experience throughout the race and frequent through training is shared. The camaraderie that we see at races is infectious, we want to encourage women new to the sport and help them become who they want to be!!

We believe when we build each other up - amazing things happen!

We are so looking forward to seeing you there.
